We have a network of collection drivers to cover the whole of the mainland UK. Once a deal has been agreed upon with one of our crew we will book a convenient collection day with you.
On the day we ask that you have available; the vehicle’s V5 document and any service history, alongside a proof of ID with an address which matches the V5 document (so we can just verify you are the owner).
Common questions on our collection process
What do I need to show the driver who collects?
We require all sets of keys alongside a few documents so that we can verify it’s your vehicle before we can take it;
- V5 Document (in your name)
- Driving License or Photo ID with an address that matches the V5 document
- Proof of address – Utility bill or statement
- Proof of your UK bank account – from a recent statement
- If there is outstanding finance, we will need to see a settlement letter (we will discuss this when booking your appointment)
Do I need to be present when the driver arrives?
Yes, we will need to do a quick inspection of the vehicle and we will require the documents and keys before we can transfer the funds.
When do you do collections?
Our collections appointments are available 7-days a week, but it depends on availability within your area. Our team will always do our best to accommodate your needs when we make the booking.
