Can I book an appointment online?

Can I change or cancel my appointment for my Seat?

Of course! Just give the branch a call to an email and we can re-arrange.  If you’d like to cancel your booking please let us know so we can allocate your time slot to another customer.

Can I go to a branch without an appointment?

Absolutely!  Our crew are on hand to offer vehicle valuations at a branch at all times. You may have a slight wait to value your Seat, if there are a few appointments booked in at the same time, but will be sure to give an approximate wait time where possible.

How long does an appointment take?

On average 15-30 minutes.  We can inspect and value your Seat in less than 10 minutes, and from there we can agree on the price and have the money transferred for your Seat in just a few minutes.

What times are the branches open?

Each branch may have different opening hours and days, so please check with the relevant branch you are looking to visit before you travel.  All our branches have opening hours listed, as well a handy map for directions, and a contact number/email should you need to get in touch.

What happens at an appointment?

Upon arrival, you will be allocated a vehicle valuer who will take a quick look over your Seat; this can be done with or without you present.  Once the condition of the Seat is verified we’ll agree on the best price and get the cash for your Seat transferred there and then.

Where are your branches located?

We are rolling locations out across the UK to make the drop-off process as quick and easy as possible.  If we don’t yet have a branch in your location, we can still offer a free collection service that is nationwide to collect your Seat from home or the office.

Can I leave my Seat at the branch?

Yes! If you’ve driven your Renault to our branch and we agree on a deal, you will leave it with our team when it’s all complete.  We would advise ensuring you have a way to get home afterwards though!
